2. Consumer Engagement Plan/Assessment

Stepping Stone Partners helps organizations define and refine their Health and Wellness Plan incorporating mobile and web based (e.g. portals) initiatives. We explore and evaluate online opportunities to attract and engage consumers leveraging content and capabilities from the company and their partners.

We also conduct an Assessment of current consumer facing initiatives across multi- channels. We determine their level of engagement and their effectiveness in utilizing consumer centric processes to support the engagement across every touch. 

3. Social Community For Innovation & Insight
We guide companies through the process of conceptualizing, defining and launching public and private on-line communities as a cost effective method to achieve their business goals:
  • Generating Insight/Research: This may compliment or replace "one off" research projects, ongoing product research and focus groups. In exchange for providing social community tools to connect customers with each other, companies are listening in on these conversations to better understand  their needs and to identify new business opportunities.
  • Creating a New Revenue Stream: After building a vibrant online community of consumers, a company can devise a program enabling "sponsors" to tap this resource for their own insight.
